Molten glass leakage accidents mainly occur in the later stages of the glass melting furnace. When the wall of the glass melting furnace is severely eroded, molten glass leakage accidents may occur. Therefore, when you find that the pool wall tiles are red, you can stick a layer on the pool wall tiles to reinforce them and cool them. At the same time, enough nozzles and water spray devices should be installed near it to be used in the event of liquid glass leakage. When a leak occurs, immediately block the leak with an iron rake. First, use a nozzle to spray water at a small flow rate to the leak, and then gradually increase the amount of water until the glass liquid turns dark and stops flowing out. If the molten glass continues to leak out, add more nozzles to spray water until the leakage of molten glass is stopped. Afterwards, a cooling water pack is placed in the area. The glass needs to be cleaned before placement, and then the small water bag is temporarily attached to lay the foundation for the next step of tying the bricks.

(2) Stop feeding according to the actual situation, or appropriately reduce the amount of wind and fire, and pay attention to the iron parts around the leaks to avoid being burned for a long time and causing greater accidents. If necessary, use aluminum silicate fiber cotton to cover them.

(3) Immediately organize personnel to use iron rakes to block the leaking liquid glass, and pour water or temporarily air-cool the leaking liquid glass spot. Try not to pour it on the unexploded bricks to allow the liquid glass to solidify.

(4) If the glass water flows out from under the solidified glass liquid block, use a crowbar to break the hardened glass, then block it with an iron rake, and water until all solidification stops flowing out, then remove the iron rake and continue Cool down, and at the same time ensure that the kiln workers handle the condensed glass liquid until it is flat, then lay bricks to reinforce the leaking glass liquid, and strengthen the air cooling of this part.

(5) If various measures fail to stop the leakage of glass water, at the same time, organize the cleaning of glass water channels and glass pools, open the glass water hole bricks, and prepare to release water. For those that do not have a water pool, the water pan method can be used to release water.

(6) It is necessary to observe at any time whether the reinforcements such as railings and iron bars in the leaking glass water leakage area are cracked and fall down. If so, take various measures to reinforce them in time to prevent the pool wall bricks from falling down and causing serious accidents.
