Fused silica brick is a kind of high-precision and high-purity quartz material. It is also called fused quartz brick or Zero Expansion Silica Brick. The production method is to melt pure quartz sand made by melting pure quartz sand in an electric furnace and heating to more than 1800 ° C, and then cut through professional cutting equipment. Different sizes of fused silica bricks can be produced. Ordinary purity SiO2> 99.5%. High purity SiO2≥99.99%.
As a professional fused silica bricks manufacturer, we have exported different fused silica refractory materials to more than 30 countries. Please kindly read the following more information and make Inquiry.

Scope of application:

Fused silica brick mainly used to build the upper pool wall of the furnace used for melting low alkali borosilicate glass. It's an ideal refractory brick for glass furnace hot repair

Advantage:

Tiny thermal expansion coefficient

Good thermal shock resistance

High purity, corrosion resistant

High viscosity at high temperature, high strength

Strong slag resistance and strong impact resistance

Low thermal conductivity

No Firing shrinkage.
