What preparations and precautions should be taken for the hot repair process of glass kiln?

Preparations before construction:

1. Materials required for construction, such as heat-resistant gates, guide plates, refractory materials, etc.

2. Equipment required for construction: A. Oil guns B. Fans C. Temperature recording instruments, thermocouples D. Lighting fixtures E. Bubbling devices F. Electric drills, etc.

3. Prepare the tools used in construction and heat-resistant labor protection supplies for construction workers.

4. Set up scaffolding in the heat storage chamber near the heat repair door.

2. Operation at the beginning of the project

1. Stop production

2. The molten pool gradually cools down. When cooling down, all holes should be sealed to prevent negative pressure operation.

3. Empty the hopper and remove the feeder

4. Install the guide plate to remove the heat of the exhaust gas so as not to affect the operation of personnel and damage the steel structure.

5. Reduce the kiln pressure as much as possible to facilitate the work of construction workers.

6. Lower the liquid level of the molten pool to facilitate exhaust.

7. Install the bubbling device in the flow hole and keep it ready for use.

8. Place the small furnace gate: A. Open a slit at the joint of the small furnace and the heat storage chamber; B. Be careful to tap gently when opening, and never let the small furnace arch collapse in large pieces; C. Install the steel structure and steel latch for hoisting the insulation board; D. After the small furnace is opened, seal it with zirconium wool blanket and clay bricks, and remove it when the small furnace gate is hoisted.

9. While placing the small furnace gate, remove the large bricks of the observation hole on the breast wall and the back face, and then install the oil gun and combustion-supporting air duct on it and ignite it. Slowly remove the melting furnace oil gun to reduce the kiln pressure for construction. However, the temperature of the molten pool must be guaranteed to ensure that the molten pool does not form glass frost.

10. Gradually remove the lower molten pool oil gun and seal the eye-catching bricks with zirconium wool.

11. Turn off the flow hole to cool, and place an insulation blanket to maintain the temperature.

3. Work in progress

1. Maintain the temperature of the flow tunnel bridge wall to ensure that the glass liquid does not form glass frost.

2. Check the hot spots of the flow tunnel every 4 hours.

3. The cooling of the heat storage chamber can be divided into three stages: First stage: lower the small furnace gate, and after 24 hours, the temperature of the heat storage chamber may drop to about 600 degrees. Second stage: remove the upper heat repair door, and after 24 hours, the temperature of the heat storage chamber may drop to about 300 degrees. Third stage: after removing the lower heat repair door, wait for 24 hours until the temperature of the heat storage chamber drops below 100 degrees, then construction can be carried out.

4. After cleaning the old lattice bricks, clean the comb crown and the dust in the heat storage chamber.

5. Level the comb crown, the error of the leveling method is not more than 3mm, and the masonry mortar joints leveled with bricks are controlled within 3 mm.

6. Construction requirements for stacking checker bricks: A. Use mortar to level the flatness when necessary; B. The expansion joint of the checker body cannot be less than the design size; C. The checker body bricks of the odd-numbered and even-numbered layers are vertical. 7. Key points for sealing and repairing doors: A. The insulation bricks and clay bricks are staggered for masonry; B. Pay attention to the position of the observation hole and the inspection hole; D. Mortar fullness.

IV. Heating after completion of the project

1. Before starting to heat up, ensure that steam oil and compressed air are ready to ensure that the batching and delivery system is in good condition.

2. It takes about 96 hours for the checker body to heat up.

3. The flue gate is first opened, and then the gate is gradually lowered to increase the suction force of the flue.

4. The insulation board of the small furnace is lifted in 3 times; after lifting, it is sealed with zirconium wool.

5. Add oil guns to the molten pool to increase secondary air.

6. The molten pool is set at a temperature line of 10 degrees per hour and reversed every 10 minutes.

7. When the temperature of the molten pool reaches a certain temperature, the direction is changed every 20 minutes.

8. When the feeding rear area and the middle area reach the appropriate temperature, the material is discharged and the liquid level of the working pool is lowered to ensure that the molybdenum electrode is less oxidized. While discharging the material, the molten pool begins to add homogeneous broken glass.

9. If the flow hole is blocked, a stainless steel pipe is inserted from the working pool to the flow hole for bubbling.

10. When the melting furnace works normally, the small furnace opening is sealed with a ladder-shaped brick, and the ash joint is controlled within 3mm.

11. Clean up the construction site and prepare for acceptance.
